The Gibbston Valley Cheese and Wine Trail hampers are a unique gourmet delight that pair our boutique, artisan cheeses with a matching map of premium wines from Gibbston Valley and Central Otago along with tasting notes. Pairing food and wine together is one of the world's oldest traditions and our new gourmet cheese and wine hampers are a match made in heaven. Simply sensational.

How does it work?
It's so easy. Simply call the Gibbston Valley Cheesery to book a Cheese and Wine Trail Hamper and we take care of the rest. You can pick up your pre-ordered hamper from the Cheesery on your way through Gibbston Valley and return it to us at the end of your wine trail.

You choose which wineries to visit and where and when to enjoy your hamper goodies.

What's in the Hamper?
Our designer style hampers are filled to the brim with everything to create a delightful picnic under the vines or mouth-watering snack to enjoy at individual cellar doors. Each hamper includes four delicious and tasty boutique cheeses specifically chosen to match locally produced Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Rose or Riesling.

Freshly baked baguettes, antipasto ingredients, crackers, napkins, wine glasses and bottles of water are included in our chilled and prepared hampers. Smart, chequered travel rugs are available on request.

Upgrade your hamper
Our Cheese and Wine Trail hampers can be ungraded. Deluxe hampers can include additional cheeses and antipasto ingredients and more substantial food options for lunch or for larger groups.

Great for individuals, a family activity or groups. The true delight is the self-discovery of the wonderful flavours and textures of our locally produced cheese and wine.

Cost
Hamper for two to four people with wine map and tasting notes $55.00. Upgrade to a hamper with more ingredients and wine for an additional charge, price to be advised on application.
