Gibbston Valley Cheese's Havarti style cheese is made from double cream jersey cow milk and its creamy, mild flavour appeals to most palates.

Approximately $80 for a round weighing around 1.8 kg

Gibbston Valley Cheese's award winning Pecorino style is made from East Friesian sheep milk. Its sweet, nutty flavour is ideal on Italian dishes and also divine on a cheeseboard with fruit paste.

Gibbston Valley Cheese's brie style is made from double cream jersey cow milk. The soft, bloomy rind encloses a creamy, interior that softens with maturity.
